Shipping and Shipping costs:
Within three working days we hand over the goods in stock to DHL or the post office for delivery. - Please inquire about the delivery time for items that are not in stock. -
We deliver via DHL parcel service. The shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the goods. They are automatically calculated based on the current DHL and Post tariffs and displayed to you before you send an order.
The shipping costs within Germany are €5,95. (VAT included.).
For deliveries within the European Union, the shipping costs include the statutory VAT. Exception: EU deliveries to entrepreneurs with a confirmed VAT ID number.
Customers in USA please regard:
Since November 2025, we have to pay the custom and execution fees in advance to DHL.
The DHL system is called „Posttal Delivery Duty Paid“. Until now we don't have a possibility to add it automatically to the shop invoice.
For balloons, the amount is about 4% in addition to the total cost of goods that is shown in the basket.
After receiving your order we send a separate mail for these 4% extra costs, that we have to pay for import to USA.
Please pay these fees via PayPal after receiving our eMail.
